Ayn Rand's Novel "Atlas Shrugged", was one of those books that sat on my bookshelf a long time before I got down to business and read through all the pages. A book that was published back in 1957 and started its own controversial movement known as Objectivism. Back in high school they forced us to read "Anthem", which is a wonderful book in itself. I recently saw a commercial on tv that basically copied words right out of "Atlas" up until the product plug. I am waiting for the movie version to come out, I have heard that it will hit the screens around 2008. Lots of luck to them, this is not going to be a easy book to turn into cinema. Aux-lo takes the scraps of a discarded world and places them into arrangement. Never like the mass of agreement, never given the space or time. Auxiliary set low, for worldly planes, that crave a background ambiance. Never in need of the spotlit pop machine. Curious of the unpolished jem. pushing forward with burning books, agitating the normal idea that brought us here. Now is forever tomorrow the next!
