Aux-lo takes the scraps of a discarded world and places them into arrangement. Never like the mass of agreement, never given the space or time. Auxiliary set low, for worldly planes, that crave a background ambiance. Never in need of the spotlit pop machine. Curious of the unpolished jem. pushing forward with burning books, agitating the normal idea that brought us here. Now is forever tomorrow the next!

A poem from my Daughter
ColdBlindly, I hunted the fog...Chasing ghosts and forgotten things.I've been here so long...That I can't remember what warmth feels like. There's ice in my bones,Frost in my eyes.I can almost wonder if I'm still alive...Or long dead and just don't know it yet.Can you go on forever...If you are blind to everything? We were found. She stained the roses red...With her jealously bleeding tongue. You shouldn't have come...That night. The moon has frozen over...And I'm so much colder now.The ageless fury of the salt-storm waves...Made me weak with fear. The dock is breaking away into the sea...You said you'd meet me there. Now we'll both be empty and cold....Cut down by the sea.Copper-cold and insane with hate,Her white hands were strong.I wish you well....I half-hope you'll forget me.I wonder if I was ever found,I wonder if you'll ever know my ending.Forever ago...Something broke me.I will always be cold,Colder than the bones of the sea.I will always remember and regret...That we were found.

Couldn't sleep
Last night I couldn't sleep so I made my way down stairs. Grabbed a pencil an paper, scribbled down the lyrics to a song that I had made up a few hours earlier. This evening I recorded it with our laptop, and free software that I downloaded. First time I had ever used the laptop for such ,turned out pretty good. Recorded it in the kitchen, a tasty demo version if any thing. The song is for my girlfriend Angela, part of my early showers of Christmas gifts.

Saturday
Spent all day inside
enjoying a day off
spent it with our three year old boy
For the most part, just the two of us.
I guess we had a good time
It is cool when we can have these little conversations about the world
With a smile I pass the skillet on down just like it was passed to me
I had a few reflections of when I was his age
Hanging out with ma and my big old imagination
Driving around with pop in his VW
All of us sitting around the kitchen table eating breakfast
I can still remember the design on the plates.

My old school Sony tape deck
This weeks MP3
This songs title gets its name from my old Sony tape deck, that I bought at a thrift store about a decade ago. I have it hooked up to my computer and use it to get analog sounds into the digital realm. A lot of the tracks on this song where recorded on tape then transferred and edited.
